Home garages & shops
The detached garage that was unusable half the year. Sprayed walls and ceiling, masked doors, ready for a heater and drywall or left exposed.
Metal garages & steel buildings
Metal garages are the latest thing for owners who want to invest in their own property — for the value and for the enjoyment. Closed-cell foam is what turns that shell into a space you can actually use.
Why closed-cell
Bare metal panel is the coldest surface in the building. Warm interior air hits it, hits the dew point, and the ceiling starts to rain on whatever is parked below. Fiberglass hung behind the ribs does nothing about it — air still reaches the panel, and now the batt is wet too.
Closed-cell foam is sprayed directly to the panel. It bonds to the steel, follows every rib and purlin, seals every seam and lap, and puts an unbroken vapour-resistant layer between your air and that cold surface. There is no cavity for air to reach, so there is nothing to condense on.
Structures we spray
The detached garage that was unusable half the year. Sprayed walls and ceiling, masked doors, ready for a heater and drywall or left exposed.
Curved arch panels are exactly the geometry batts cannot follow. Foam does it in one continuous pass with no fasteners and no framing.
Warehouse bays, self-storage offices, RV and boat storage. We work around live operations and to the schedule the site needs.
A job we are proud of
We met a father-and-son race team whose contractor had left them hanging. Their garage — the one meant to house a winning car and everything the community had poured into building it — had sat unfinished for four years. After hearing the story we were happy to step in.
They needed closed-cell foam throughout. We took particular care masking the car lift and the garage components, and we masked the studs too so cleanup and removal would be simple for them afterwards.
It was a joy to work with those gentlemen, and seeing their reaction after a four-year wait is the part of this job you do not get from a spreadsheet.

Spray foam is unforgiving of bad masking. Overspray does not wipe off — so we spend the time up front instead of apologising afterwards.
We confirm thickness, product and sequence with you before anything is covered.
Doors, tracks, lifts, windows, vehicles, electrical and any exposed studs you want left clean.
Controlled passes to the specified thickness, worked panel line by panel line.
Foam trimmed where it needs to be flush, masking pulled, offcuts bagged.
We hand the building back and go over coverage with you before we leave.
Metal building work
Width, length, eave height and what you plan to do with the space. That is usually enough for a real number, and we will come out to confirm it for free.
